Your calculator data stays local

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not intentionally sent to a TaxHours server by the calculator. This notice also explains ordinary web-delivery data and local browser storage.

Calculator inputs

TaxHours asks for annual income, province or territory, and hours per week. It does not require an account and does not create a tax file. Calculator inputs are not intentionally sent to a TaxHours server by the calculator.

Cookies, analytics, and local storage

The visible source does not intentionally configure product analytics for calculator usage. TaxHours stores local browser data only to remember a profile, committed result, policy build, and non-sensitive display preferences when you choose to use those features.

Hosting and third parties

Hosting, CDN, security, and deployment providers may process normal technical request data such as IP address, user agent, request time, requested URL, and operational errors. Cabinet Grotesk is served through Lovable-managed asset storage, and Lovable-related error reporting hooks are visible in the current app.

Retention periods for technical logs depend on deployment-provider configuration and should be confirmed before a public-sector or institutional launch.

Clear saved browser data

TaxHours does not require an account. Your profile, committed result, policy build, and display preferences are stored only in this browser when you choose to calculate or build.
